Using Gravity Forms for WordPress, I’ve created hundreds of web forms over the years: online payments and donations, field trips, event tickets, maintenance requests, etc. With Trello integration, I significantly streamlined maintenance workflow at The Academy of the Sacred Heart.
Gravity Forms is a wonderful plugin, its integration with PayPal makes payments a snap. It can even route conditional email notifications to make sure the right users get notified when a form is submitted.
Trello
Gravity Forms has a plugin that integrates with Trello, which I used to create a Maintenance Request form that teachers can submit to automatically alert the maintenance staff. The form exports the data to Trello, which creates a card on the Trello app of the maintenance staff’s cell phones. This can then be assigned to a particular maintenance member and, once completed, organized and color-coded for statistics.
