The Parent Portal for the Academy of the Sacred Heart. Fully mobile-responsive with a dynamic drop-down / hamburger menu hybrid based on Responsive-Nav.
I learned a lot from the main ASH site redesign in 2015, chiefly that I would never design outside of 1-to-1 pixel ratio again. The 2016 redesign of the ASH Parent Portal is 1-to-1 and fully responsive, so it looks great on mobile. It has drawer-style tap icons for the class homeroom pages and a robust drop-down menu that converts to a hamburger drawer-style menu on mobile. Other than the Responsive-Nav javascript, the entire site is pure CSS.
A lot of effort went into customizing WordPress’s WYSIWYG editor and CSS to make things as fool-proof as possible for both Teachers (posters) and Parents (viewers).

- Parents have restricted view of WordPress backend
- Significant usage of web forms with Gravity Forms plugin
- CSS Flexbox for Teacher Page top-navs (to “Sticky” posts to the top of the page)
